Absolutely loved it! The ramen tasted super authentic, rich, flavorful, and just like the ones you’d find in Japan . The spring rolls were crispy and fresh, and the chicken teriyaki was perfectly cooked with that sweet-savory glaze. Everything was delicious. Definitely coming back for more!

Perfect stop to for a warm meal in the cool and windy Tagaytay. There were plenty of seats but the place was packed and there was a considerable wait. Having ramen in that kind of weather with that view was worth it. With that said, service has room for improvement. Place could be kept cleaner.

We’ve visited Ramen Nagi multiple times, and it has consistently remained our go-to spot for ramen. The rich, flavorful broth and reliable service make each visit satisfying. Prices are reasonable, and the overall ambiance—especially at this branch—adds to the experience. This location is pet-friendly if you’re seated outdoors, which is a thoughtful touch for animal lovers. However, the presence of flies and flying termites is a noticeable issue that management should seriously address, particularly given the otherwise pleasant setting. That said, dining here while overlooking the stunning view of Taal Volcano and enjoying the cool Tagaytay breeze is a uniquely relaxing experience. Despite the minor drawbacks, we’ll definitely be returning.

A perfect weather companion. You can never go wrong since you can customize your ramen. Plus, you’ll get to see a stunning view of Taal if you choose to eat outdoor. Though, you can also eat inside air-conditioned restaurant. The staffs are attentive and kind.

We have always loved Ramen Nagi, but we loved it more because of the service we recieved. Special mention to Pamela, she's very positive and exceeded our expectation. Always smiling and attended to our request since we got kids. We'll visit again soon.
